3. Consultations and Medical Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical information, including:

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment outcomes and safety. Aesha Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate or unsafe.

4. Appointments and Scheduling

While we strive to accommodate all appointments, scheduling is subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at our discretion when necessary.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees or forfeiture of deposits, where applicable.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept approved payment methods available at the clinic. Prices, promotions, memberships, and service fees are subject to change without notice.

Any outstanding balances must be paid before future services may be provided.

7. Deposits

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure an appointment. Deposit requirements will be communicated during the booking process.

Deposits may be applied toward the cost of the scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

8. Treatment Results

Aesthetic treatments involve individual biological responses and healing processes. Results may vary based on factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Aesha Aesthetics does not guarantee specific results.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.
• Attend follow-up appointments when recommended.
• Notify the clinic of any adverse reactions or concerns.
• Communicate changes in medical history before treatment.

Failure to follow provided instructions may affect treatment outcomes.

10. Photographs and Documentation

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical documentation, treatment planning, and record-keeping purposes.

No identifiable client photographs will be used for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without the client's written consent.

11. Memberships, Packages, and Promotions

Memberships, service packages, promotional offers, and discounts are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Promotional offers cannot be combined.
• Services are non-transferable.
• Unused services may expire according to program-specific terms.

12. Refund Policy

Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable.

Products may be eligible for return or exchange in accordance with applicable laws and clinic policies. Refund decisions regarding products will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
