Cancellation Policy

At Aesha Medical Aesthetics, we value the time of both our clients and providers. To ensure we can accommodate all scheduled appointments and maintain the highest level of service, we kindly ask that clients review and adhere to the following cancellation policy.
Appointment Cancellations
We request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Providing advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to other clients and helps us maintain an efficient schedule.
Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Any required deposits associated with the appointment may be forfeited in accordance with the terms communicated at the time of booking.
No-Show Appointments
A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
No-show appointments may result in:
- Forfeiture of any deposit paid
- A no-show fee
- Requirement of a deposit for future bookings
- Restrictions on future scheduling privileges after repeated occurrences
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may have their appointment shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments.
If a client arrives significantly late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and may be treated as a late cancellation.
Deposits
Certain services may require a deposit to reserve an appointment.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service.
- Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations or no-show appointments.
- Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment date if adequate notice is provided.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected emergencies can occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Aesha Medical Aesthetics in cases involving illness, emergencies, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via email, phone, or text message. Failure to receive a reminder does not release clients from their responsibility to attend or cancel appointments in accordance with this policy.
Policy Changes
Aesha Medical Aesthetics reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.
